Hello! So glad to have you here.

October has been a game-changer for me and Machinista I/O! After months of preparation, I officially launched this new venture—right from the heart of Billund, the birthplace of LEGO®.

I had the privilege to attend the LEGO® Serious Play® Advanced Trainings and International Conference 2024, hosted by Inthrface. It was a week filled with deep learning, intense co-creation, and a bold exploration of what the future of facilitation looks like.

This experience reaffirmed the core mission of Machinista I/O: to harness empathy,
co-creation, and play to drive human-centered innovation. I got to explore new ways to push boundaries in facilitation, literally building the future brick by brick.

The Future of Facilitation

While in Billund, I worked alongside brilliant minds like Prof. Johan S. Roos, co-inventor of LEGO® Serious Play®, who shared insights on challenging assumptions and applying AI to facilitation. This was a glimpse into how technology and human-centered methods can transform the way teams collaborate and innovate.

It was also a time for personal growth, as I connected with passionate facilitators, leaders, and mentors who are shaping the next era of facilitation.

This October has not just been about the launch —it’s been about embracing new approaches, building a strong foundation, and stepping into the future of facilitation.

I’m excited to keep sharing stories, strategies, and reflections as this journey unfolds.
